Counter-protestor rules made a speaker blander than stale crackers
At a campus event in Ohio last month, the admin added so many time, place, and manner restrictions that the speaker couldn't even raise his voice. He had to pause every 5 minutes for a 'cooling down' period, which just made everyone laugh at the absurdity. Has anyone else seen rules that actually silence the message more than any protestor could?
