Vent: Got a 30 day mute in a game chat for typing 'gg' after a match

I was playing a ranked match last night and typed 'gg' in the team chat after we lost. The mod bot flagged it as 'toxic positivity' and gave me a month long mute. I tried to appeal it through their support ticket system, but the auto reply just quoted the rule about 'unsolicited post game communication'. Has anyone else had a bot misinterpret something totally normal like that?

Nah wait hold up I gotta disagree with you both here. @gavin_kim3 I think the systems are actually getting better at picking up on real talk not worse. They train these things on millions of actual conversations so they know how people really type and chat. Sure sometimes it misses but honestly half the time you probably cant even tell if its a bot or a person anymore. The real issue is people overthink what they type and assume the machine cant keep up when really its doing fine.
