Shoutout to the two dispatchers who saved my week after a blown tire in Amarillo
Last Tuesday my driver called from Amarillo with a blown tire on the trailer and I figured my customer's BMW would sit there 3 extra days. The dispatchers at the yard found a mobile tire guy in 40 minutes and got the car to Dallas only 6 hours late, which for a 1,200 mile run felt like a win. What's your go to move when a truck breaks down mid route, do you reroute or just wait it out?
