Remember when you could just talk about anything at the old library meetups?
They shut down our weekly discussion group in Portland after someone complained about the topic list. Now I just keep my head down and don't share opinions online anymore.

My buddy's book club got the boot for reading something about zoning laws.

Saw something online about how the library board changed their rules last fall to get stricter about political stuff. Three groups in one year feels like a pattern, not bad luck.
