Smart way to use up leftover whey lol. Gonna try that next time I make chicken.

My cousin in Tucson tried marinating chicken in whey last month. Honestly, it turned out way too tangy and the meat felt mushy. Tbh, I've had better luck with just buttermilk or plain yogurt. Ngl, whey seems like it can go wrong real easy if you don't get the timing right. I'd stick to methods that are more reliable.
