30 houses in one afternoon" is wild. That's practically a small neighborhood's worth of houses signing up at once. The thing with solar co-ops is they really lean on that group buying power to drop the price per panel. Once a few neighbors commit, the rest see the savings and jump in. It's smart marketing, honestly. Makes you wonder if the utilities in that area are about to start sweating.

Oh absolutely, I saw the same thing happen in my neighborhood last year. Once the first few houses got their panels up, it was like a domino effect and we ended up with almost 20 houses signing on in a month.
