I finally bought a $30 set of carbide-tipped end mills off Amazon

I needed some 1/8" end mills for a batch of aluminum parts last month. The price on name brands was around $80 each, so I figured I'd try a cheap set of 10 from China. Two of them chipped on the first pass, and the rest just don't hold an edge worth a darn. Has anyone else had luck with any budget end mills, or should I just stick with ordering from a known supplier?

Grab some Widia or YG-1, the cheap Chinese sets are junk.
