I was using the wrong coolant mix for a solid year because I misread the label

I only figured it out when a new guy asked why my machine was always foamy. The bottle said 10:1, not 1:10. Anyone else ever make a simple reading mistake that cost you time?

Yeah, I saw a whole thread about people doing that. Some guy wrote a long post about how his system was basically held together with duct tape and hope for months. Turns out he just got used to the weird noises and ignored the warning signs. Honestly it's a miracle more stuff doesn't just catch fire.

People get way too comfortable with obvious problems. That's how small issues turn into big expensive ones. Just fix the weird noise when you hear it.
