The $8 end mill holder trick that saved my setup time

Last week I was wasting 15 minutes per job changing tools on my Haas until an old timer at the shop in Detroit showed me how to whip up a quick holder from a scrap block and a set screw. Cost me maybe 8 bucks in material and now I swap end mills in under a minute. Anyone else got a cheap hack like this that just WORKED?

Whoa hold up, you're telling me an old timer just showed you this on the spot and it works like that? Man, that's wild. I've wasted so much time with those stupid collet nuts that never want to cooperate. I'm gonna have to try drilling a block and tapping it for a set screw this weekend.

Tension a strap clamp over the holder and it won't budge even in heavy cuts.
