Heard a bootcamp ad promise "job ready" in 10 weeks, checked the fine print

I was listening to a podcast last night and this coding bootcamp kept bragging about placement rates, but when I dug into their course outline, the capstone project is basically a todo list app. Three separate people I know finished that exact program and spent 4 months after it doing free tutorials just to pass basic coding interviews. Has anyone else seen a big gap between what these courses advertise and what you actually can do when you're done?
