Pro tip: Stop trying to memorize code syntax, it's a waste of time

I spent 3 months in an online Python course trying to memorize every function and curly brace rule before ever writing a real script. When I finally sat down to build a simple calculator program, I froze and had to Google everything anyway. Am I wrong for thinking beginners should just jump into projects and look up syntax as they go?

Oh man, same here. Googling everything is just how you actually learn it!

Dude one time I googled how to fix my washing machine mid cycle because it started making this grinding noise. Ended up watching a 15 minute video from some guy in Ohio who just said hit the side of it really hard. Tried it and it actually worked lmao. Half the stuff I know now is just from rabbit holes I fell into at 2am. Its wild how much info is out there if you just type in what youre looking for.
