My Monday morning pour over disaster at the office

Honestly, Monday was rough. I got to work at 7:45 with a fresh bag of beans from a shop in Portland, and my whole routine fell apart when the office kettle died mid-boil. I ended up microwaving the water, which tasted like regret, and then I spilled half the cup on my keyboard. Tbh, that set the tone for the whole day. Has anyone else had a brewing fail that just ruined their vibe completely, or is it just me?

That kettle dying is the universe telling you to just work from home on Mondays. Microwaved water for coffee is basically a war crime, and your keyboard probably needed a bath anyway, so consider it a forced upgrade. I once used a French press with coarse salt because I grabbed the wrong jar at 6am, and I still taste that regret on random Tuesdays. At least your day had a clear villain, mine was just my own sleepy hands.
