Changed my mind about using hair oil after a stylist in Denver talked sense into me

I used to think hair oil was just greasy marketing hype. But last month at a salon expo, a stylist named Jen showed me how she applies argan oil to damp ends before blow-drying. She even let me feel her client's hair after - it was so soft and shiny, not heavy at all. Now I've started using a light oil on my own clients with dry hair. Has anyone else had a product they swore off but came around on?

Oh man, same here! I swore up and down that hair oil was just gonna make my hair look like a grease bomb. Then my friend convinced me to try a tiny drop of jojoba oil on my ends before bed and I woke up with the softest hair ever, no greasiness at all. Now I'm kind of obsessed with finding the right one for different hair types.

Tbh, I was in the exact same boat until I found argan oil. I put like two drops on damp hair after a shower and it actually tamed my frizz without making it look like I dipped my head in a fryer. It's wild how such a tiny amount can make a difference. You got any favorite ones for fine hair yet?
