Our yard's rigging gear went from a total mess to sorted in two days
Last month, our gear pile was a real hazard, just a heap of slings and shackles. Our new foreman, Mike, made us spend a full Friday and Saturday sorting it all by size and load rating. He put up a cheap pegboard system and labeled every single hook. Now we grab what we need in seconds instead of digging for ten minutes. How do you guys keep your rigging gear from turning into a junk pile?

That pegboard idea is a total game changer for keeping things straight.

We just painted outlines on the concrete floor for each piece of gear. Sounds dumb, but you can see from across the yard if something's missing.
