Tried the "fasting until dinner" thing, ended up eating at 11am anyway
I read all this hype online about how skipping breakfast changes your whole day, but two weeks in, I was just cranky by noon and snapped at a customer over a package mixup. My takeaway is that some cultural food rules like that just don't fit everyone, so why do we push them so hard? Anyone else find that these universal health trends feel more like peer pressure than actual advice?

Ha! Yeah, the "skip breakfast" crowd never mentions the part where you want to strangle someone by 10am. I tried it once and ended up eating a gas station hot dog before lunch, so my body definitely won that fight. The internet loves pretending everyone's the same robot, but my stomach doesn't read the same self-help blogs I do. If eating at 11am keeps you from biting a customer's head off, then that's your real health hack right there.
