Spent $400 on a new sign for my shop in Corktown and it was worth every penny

I finally replaced the old, faded sign outside my cafe on Michigan Ave. The new one is brighter and has our logo clear from down the street. I've already had three people this week say they stopped in because they saw it. Anyone else find a small upgrade that brought in more customers?

Three new customers in a week from a sign is a great start. How much does a regular customer spend, @elliot_miller22? That $400 might pay off fast.

Did you factor in whether those three people might come back? I've had months where a sign brought in one person who spent $50 then never saw them again, and other times it was a slow burn where someone came in for a small thing and ended up becoming a regular. You really gotta track repeat visits to know if that $400 is working, not just new faces. Maybe set up a simple way to ask new customers how they found you, like a quick checkbox on a receipt or something. That way you can see if the sign is pulling in the right kind of people, not just one time shoppers.

Three people in a week doesn't sound like a huge return on four hundred bucks.
