TIL I've personally replaced over 500 DEF injectors in the last two years.

That's way more than I ever saw on older trucks, and it's making me think the newer systems are just not built to last. Anyone else seeing this kind of failure rate on post-2010 rigs?

Is that just your shop or a wider thing? Could be a bad batch of parts, not the whole system.

Bad batch? That would be a nice, simple fix. We've seen the same failure from three different suppliers across two states. The pattern is way too consistent to be a fluke. It points back to a core design flaw in the mounting bracket. Every single one cracks in the exact same spot under normal load. Feels like the engineers missed a basic stress calculation.
