My squat form video got zapped by a wellness app, need input
I posted a short clip last week showing a proper form for squats on this wellness app I've been using. Out of the blue, I got a notice saying it was removed for violating community rules, specifically for 'promoting unsafe practices'. I've been a trainer for years, and this is basic, safe advice lol. I tried appealing, but the response was just a copy-paste message with no details. It's frustrating because it feels like they're censoring legit health info. Has anyone else run into vague moderation like this? What steps did you take to get a real person to review it? I'm worried this could happen to other trainers sharing helpful tips.

Hey, I know exactly how you feel. These apps often use bots that mess up basic stuff. It's crazy they'd flag proper squat form as unsafe, makes you wonder what they're even checking for. I tried reaching out to support once and got the same copy-paste replies, never heard back from a real person. Maybe try posting on their social media? Sometimes public attention gets them to move.

Guess my own terrible form would be their gold standard then (not sure that's a good thing).
