My brother-in-law said Trump would win Ohio in 2016 when all the polls said otherwise, and he was right.

He pointed to the crowds at the rallies in Youngstown and said the polls were missing something, which made me rethink how I look at political coverage.

Yeah, the polls kept missing the quiet Trump vote. My uncle did the same thing, he just looked at how many pickup trucks had his flags in our county. Said the news was talking to the wrong people. Makes you wonder if they're still doing that now, just counting yard signs instead of listening.
