Drafting for eight hours straight led to a costly redo.
Honestly, I always worked non-stop on drafts to hit deadlines. Tbh, a big error from tired eyes made me try taking regular breaks, and it cut down my revision time. Ngl, does anyone schedule breaks into their drafting day?

Wait, you worked for EIGHT hours without stopping? That's honestly wild to me. I tried @fionasmith's timer trick after a similar mess, and forcing those short breaks is the only reason I finish anything now. My brain just shuts off otherwise.

Been there, burned out and made dumb mistakes. Setting a timer for 25 minute blocks with a strict five minute break totally changed my workflow. Forces you to step back, stretch, and come back with fresh eyes. Caught way more errors that way before they became big problems. It feels counter to the grind mindset but saves so much time in the long run.

How do you actually stick to those short breaks without getting sucked back in? My buddy tried @fionasmith's timer method last month after a brutal all-nighter. He said forcing the stop made him spot a huge coding flaw he'd been staring at for hours. It totally proves your point about saving time later.
