I actually got my router fixed in 20 minutes last week because I posted 'Linksys EA6350, bought in 2020, solid red light on port 2.' Has anyone else found that being super specific like that gets you real answers faster?

I've seen three calls this month where the new techs crank the door force way up instead of checking the rollers and tracks first. They set it to like 80 pounds, which is way over spec for most jobs. Back when I started, we learned to clean the track and replace worn rollers before touching the motor. Now they just jump to the adjustment and wonder why the doors sound like they're fighting each other. Anyone else notice this trend and have a good way to teach the right order of operations?
