I was stocking up for a flash sale bundle and she said, "you must really like showers." That's when I realized I'd been treating inventory like a hobby instead of a business decision, anyone else start out thinking bulk buys were the whole game?

Hell no, buying in bulk IS the game when you're starting out, it teaches you what actually sells and builds your margins before you know any better lol. The cashier's comment was just a free market research moment, not a sign you're doing it wrong.
