That new eco station on the south side is a mess

Went to the new recycling depot off 91st street last Saturday and it was chaos. They got bins labeled for styrofoam but then a worker told me they don't actually take it there anymore. I held onto that pink board for like two months for nothing. Anyone else get mixed signals from those signs or is it just me?

I heard someone say the city changed the contract but forgot to update the signs.

Tbh I saw someone in a neighborhood FB group say basically the same thing about the signs being outdated. @miller.avery that contract rumor makes total sense given how confused everyone is.
