Serious question, has anyone else noticed the lack of parking near that new infill development on 118 Ave?

I walked by the site on Saturday and counted maybe 6 parking spots for 20 new units. How are families supposed to manage with that little space?

Man that "6 parking spots for 20 new units" part really got me. I live a few blocks away and drive past that place almost every day, it's wild how little space they left for cars. Families with two vehicles are basically screwed, and even singles with one car are gonna be fighting for a spot after 6 PM. The city keeps approving these developments without thinking about real life, like where do you put your car when you get home from work or have to haul groceries inside. It's not like everyone can just bike or bus everywhere, especially in winter or with kids. Feels like they just check boxes on paper without actually walking the site and seeing how tight it really is.

Ngl that math would make a clown cry, six spots for 20 units is just asking for a street-parking bloodbath every evening.
