Blew off my dad when he said to use torque screwdrivers on panels, then tripped a 200 amp disconnect last Tuesday because one lug was barely tight.

After that I bought a set and honestly I wish I'd listened three years ago, anyone else have a tool they ignored til it bit them in the wallet?

Why would you waste money on torque screwdrivers when that's what your elbow is for? If you can't feel when a lug is tight enough maybe you shouldn't be messing with 200 amp stuff in the first place.

@kevin_carr my buddy used that elbow logic and fried a $800 meter...
