My small web design shop in Phoenix was stuck, so I ignored all new leads for 30 days and only called past clients for repeat work. I landed three upgrade projects from people I'd already done sites for. Do you think focusing on existing customers is a better use of time than always hunting for new ones?

Totally did the same thing last year! My shop in Austin focused on maintenance plans for old clients, and it was way less stressful than chasing new leads. The repeat work just kept coming in.
