Spent 3 months trying to find a reliable shipping partner for my online store
I thought it would take a week, but vetting carriers and negotiating rates dragged on forever. Anyone else get stuck on logistics when they were just starting out?

My friend started a candle business and spent more time on shipping boxes than making the actual candles. It's a universal trap, isn't it?
