A client told me my extractions were too fast and it hurt

A regular client said to me last Tuesday, 'You're going so quick, it feels like you're rushing and it stings more.' I was doing about 15 extractions in 5 minutes on her nose. I slowed way down, spent more time on each pore, and used a warm compress for a full 3 minutes first. The difference was huge, she said it barely hurt and her skin looked less red after. Has anyone else had a client call them out on speed? What's your ideal timing for that part of a facial?

Speed kills, especially for pores.

Speed kills" is a bit much, @henry_palmer24. It's not surgery, it's just extractions. Some clients are more sensitive, so you adjust, but making it sound like a huge crisis is over the top. The goal is clean skin, not a perfect timer.
