My steamer's heating element gave out in the middle of a facial yesterday, so I had to improvise with hot towels and a facial mist for the rest of the treatment.

Has anyone found a reliable brand for replacement parts, or should I just invest in a whole new unit?

Yeah, I always do now after @hugo236 mentioned it, saved me a ton of cash last time.
