I thought those 'AI slop' detector browser extensions were just hype

I saw a post here about a tool called AI Content Detector and figured it was probably junk. Then a buddy sent me a link to a blog post about moving tips that felt really off, like it was written by a robot. I ran the page through the extension and it flagged over 90% of the text as likely AI-generated. I checked the site and sure enough, they had hundreds of these weird, generic articles posted in the last two months. It completely changed my view. What other tools have you guys found that actually work for spotting this stuff?
