Can we talk about that Lisbon cafe that only I remember?
I mean, idk, maybe it's just me but I have this clear memory of a little cafe in Lisbon from a trip I took like ten years ago. It was on a corner with blue tiles and served the best pastries. I went back last month and the spot is now a pharmacy. I asked around and no one recalls a cafe ever being there. I even dug out my old photos and in one, you can see the pharmacy sign in the background, but I swear it wasn't like that back then. It's so strange how time can mess with your head, you know? I feel like something shifted or I slipped into a different version of that street. Makes me wonder if travel memories are as solid as we think.

Is it really that deep though?

Honestly this happens all the time, like when you KNOW you left your keys on the counter but they're in your coat pocket. Reality just glitches sometimes.

But that photo thing is really getting to me. You said the pharmacy sign is right there in your old picture. So what exactly do you see in that photo when you look at the spot where you remember the cafe door being? Is it just the sign, or is the whole building layout wrong too?
