Legitimacy of sell my house fast group?

I keep seeing ads for these "we buy houses" companies. Specifically looking at sell my house fast group. Has anyone actually worked with them this year (2026)?

I have. They are totally legit. The process was surprisingly transparent.

My cousin in Phoenix used them last year when she had to move for a new job. She got her offer on a Tuesday and the check cleared by Friday. It was a huge weight off her shoulders during a really stressful time.

Very legit. I needed to sell fast because of some financial stuff, and they came through. Provided a cash offer in 24 hours and we closed with zero hassle. Plus, you sell as is, so no staging or repairs.
