inUsing glue on lily stamens to stop pollen from falling. (It sounds odd, but it saves a ton of cleanup time.)
Try taking the stamens out instead of using glue. Glue can drip onto the petals and make them stick together. This sometimes ruins the flower's look and can even damage it. I use small tweezers to pull the stamens off cleanly. It prevents pollen mess without any sticky residue. What's your go to method for keeping lilies clean?

inWarning: My old fear of asking for feedback almost cost me a promotion.
Absolutely! The trick is asking for one specific thing to fix, not just "how am I doing." Like, after a project, ask your boss "what's one thing I could do faster next time?" Makes it feel like a tiny upgrade, not a personal critique. I even put repeating check ins on my calendar so they actually happen. Turns feedback from a scary surprise into just part of the work day.

inForgot to open my blinds today, work felt gloomy
Yeah the thing about natural light changing your whole work mood, I don't really get that. My own focus comes and goes no matter how bright the room is. For me it's more about what I'm actually working on, or if I took a proper break, not the weather outside my window.
