Found a stretch that really helps after a day in the wheel wells
I've been working on planes for over a decade, and my knees would ache every night from crawling into tight spots. Last year, it got so bad I could barely sleep. A physical therapist friend showed me a simple quad and hip flexor stretch to do right after work. I do it for five minutes before I even leave the hangar. This helped a lot in a couple of weeks. Now I hardly have any pain. In my moving business, I see similar issues, but the fixes might differ. Has anyone else found good ways to deal with the physical toll of our job? I'm always looking for more ideas.
