inI keep hearing ceramic pots make stews taste better, but I'm not convinced.
Seriously, it is a total pain every single time. It just smears around forever and leaves this gross film. I have to use a special cleaner and a lot of elbow grease to get it actually clean. Maybe some finishes are different, but mine is definitely not a simple wipe down situation. It is the one huge downside to an otherwise great product.

inPSA: My colleague's constant comparisons to her grandmother's recipes are undermining my confidence in the office kitchen.
robin_lewis49 might have a point about the nostalgia thing, but honestly people use "my grandma's version" as a sneaky way to say yours isn't as good without actually saying it. It happens with everything from recipes to home decor, like some weird competition no one signed up for.

Wait, you said the tax-loss harvesting saved you more than expected? That's actually shocking because most people underestimate how powerful that automation can be. I've seen friends manually trying to track lots for harvesting and they always miss opportunities or make emotional decisions. The fact that software can coldly scan for losses every single day, then immediately reinvest, creates advantages humans just can't match consistently. It turns a tedious tax strategy into a genuine performance engine.
