Ever think about what that spilled fuel does to other parts under the hood? Beyond the smell and mess, raw diesel can wreck rubber hoses and seals over time. It also washes away lubricants from belts and pulleys. That quick skip might lead to a dried out, squealing serpentine belt or a seeping hose a month later.

How do you even learn to cook without a recipe at first though? I tried just winging it when I started and made some awful, salty messes. For me, the recipes were like training wheels. You gotta use them to learn the basics, but then you learn what things do, like how lemon juice cuts through fat or why you salt in layers. Once you get that, you can start bending the rules.

My buddy Dave tried to watch a few Ghibli films last year. He said "My Neighbor Totoro" put him to sleep because nothing really happens. Even "Princess Mononoke", which has more action, felt too long and preachy to him. He ended up liking some modern anime more because the stories move faster. Now he just shrugs when people talk about Ghibli, says it's not for everyone.

Ugh, "stuck with a lemon" is the worst... It's why I get nervous buying stuff before full reviews are out. Sorry you have to deal with that.
