Hot take: that AI voice assistant at the dentist office is a step backward
Last Tuesday the lady at the front desk used it to check me in and it took 4 minutes to confirm my name while she just stood there watching. Has anyone else had a tool that's supposed to save time actually slow everything down?

And yeah @gavin_kim3 that trick works sometimes but last week i tried that at my dentist and the lady still ran the thing anyway. It took like 3 tries to get it to understand my last name because it kept hearing "Grant" as "Craft" or something. Meanwhile I'm standing there in a paper bib with my mouth half open just waiting. For something that's supposed to be efficient it sure feels like a waste of everyone's time.
