The demo AI kept calling my name during a client presentation

Mid-presentation in Austin last month, the AI assistant started repeating my full name every 8 seconds after a mic glitch. I just named it 'Echo' and told the client it was a stress test for workflow interruptions, which honestly scored better than my original slides. Has anyone else had a live AI tool freeze into a loop like that on their own?
