My air fryer saved dinner after a power cut last Tuesday

We lost power for about three hours right when I was going to start cooking. I had a pack of chicken thighs ready to go. I fired up my air fryer with the battery pack I keep for camping and cooked them at 380 degrees for 22 minutes. They came out perfect, and we ate by candlelight. Yeah, having a backup plan is key. Reminds me of when my car battery died right before a road trip. I had to call my brother for a jump, which totally saved the weekend.
