Serious question, is frozen broccoli better in the air fryer than fresh or am I crazy?
Tried fresh florets tossed in oil at 400 for 8 mins and they came out sad and burnt on the edges, then tossed a bag of frozen ones in for 12 mins and they were crispy and perfect, has anyone else found frozen veggies actually work better than fresh in theirs?

My friend Karen tried fresh broccoli in her air fryer and ended up with something closer to charcoal, then threw in a bag of frozen florets on a whim and said they came out like little green french fries.

Oh man, I feel your friend Karen's pain on that one. I mean, I've definitely had my own air fryer disasters with fresh veggies, they can be so tricky. Maybe it's just me but frozen stuff seems way more forgiving, I'll have to try that trick with the little green fries!

Haha "little green fries" is pretty accurate, I'll give them that. But honestly I'm team fresh veggies all the way, you just gotta shake the basket every 5 minutes and not crank the temp past 375. Frozen stuff gets soggy on me way too often.
