I used to think telling my boss about my autism was a bad idea

I finally told him after a tough month, and he actually changed my project deadlines to help with my focus. Anyone else have a good experience with being open at work?

Glad it worked out, but that's an accommodation, not a focus issue.

Yeah, I feel that. Good point from @taylor_flores, sometimes the fix is just making things easier to handle, not some deep problem.
