Cold outreach is dead, stop pretending it works

I see founders here still bragging about 2% reply rates on cold emails, but in 2024 that means 98 out of 100 people deleted you. I cut our outbound from 500 emails a week to 30 warm intros through Slack communities and content replies, and our booking rate tripled in about 6 weeks. Has anyone else found that spending the same time on niche forums beats any cold sequence?
