Hydraulic vs cable disc brakes on a cargo bike - night and day difference

I swapped my cargo bike's cable discs for a basic Shimano hydraulic setup last month. The old brakes needed constant adjustment especially with a heavy load of groceries. Now I can stop on a dime going downhill with 80 pounds of stuff in the front bucket. Has anyone else made this swap and noticed how much less hand fatigue you get with hydraulics?

i mean i used to think cable discs were fine if you just kept up with adjustments. then i did a family ride on a borrowed bike with hydraulics and it totally changed my mind. the modulation is just way better, especially when you're hauling kids and gear. i've got a Tern GSD now with the same shimano setup and i never have to think about stopping, even when i'm fully loaded down.

Wait @elizabeth438, do you have to sell a kidney to afford a Tern GSD or do they just hand them out now?
