I finally gave mood trackers a real shot after years of thinking they were fluff
I always wrote them off as too cutesy and not useful, but after 6 months of tracking my sleep and anxiety together I can actually see patterns I missed before. Has anyone else had a simple spread change how you look at your habits?

Yo have you found that tracking your sleep and anxiety together made a bigger difference than tracking just one? I did something similar back when my stress was through the roof and man it was a total game changer. Seeing how bad sleep made my anxiety spike the next day was like this lightbulb moment but one I could actually look at on paper. Simple stuff like that makes you feel less crazy when you see the proof right there. I started sleeping more consistently after that and it helped more than any app ever did.

Three months in and I found out my anxiety spikes every time I check my bank account after payday. Real shocker there.
