Totally! My fancy espresso machine died last year and I went back to a simple pour over. It's slower, but the coffee tastes way better now.

My buddy's dad still uses the same lawn mower from the 80s. He's replaced the pull cord maybe five times, but the engine itself is solid. They really don't make them like that anymore.
