Remember the old medical plaza on Central. That basement telecom room was a true horror show of abandoned coax and spliced Cat3. I heard they finally gutted it during the remodel last year.

Man, a good toner is a game changer for those old buildings. I had a similar nightmare at a retrofit downtown and just methodically worked from the main panel out. Saved me a whole day of guesswork.
