Always thought China's infrastructure was just smoke and mirrors until I rode the high-speed rail from Beijing to Shanghai

Covered 819 miles in 4.5 hours for $85 and the wifi held up the whole way, has anyone else been surprised by something that actually worked better than expected?

Smoke and mirrors" - I can barely keep my wifi working from my living room to the kitchen.

My buddy spent $400 on a mesh system and his signal still drops when he walks into the garage. Just goes to show you, fancy tech doesn't fix bad wiring or thick walls. A simple powerline adapter might actually help more than all that smoke and mirrors.
