My coolant line decided to redecorate the shop ceiling yesterday
It was a 3/8 inch nylon line on a 2008 Haas VF2 that just gave up right at the swivel fitting. I spent the next hour mopping up about 15 gallons of Trim Sol from the floor and my toolbox. Anyone have a favorite brand for those push-to-connect fittings that actually last?

Fifteen gallons of Trim Sol on the floor is a nightmare. I can't believe the line just let go at the fitting like that. I've had decent luck with the brass Parker push fittings, not the cheap plastic ones.

Yikes, that's a huge mess. Just a heads up, Parker makes those push fittings in plastic too, not just brass. The brass ones are way better for sure. I've seen the plastic ones crack just from vibration over time. Always check the collar material before you buy.
