Vent: The speaker policy at my school changed completely after a 2022 protest.

Before, the student union could invite anyone, but now a faculty committee has to approve all guests. Anyone else's campus make it harder to host speakers?

Our admin started doing the same thing last year.

Makes me think of that time my old boss changed the coffee policy out of nowhere and acted like we were crazy for being annoyed.
