I used to spend hours polishing every highlight and shadow layer in Photoshop, now I just rough it in with a hard brush and call it good.

Ever since I started doing speedpaints for a local gallery's 24-hour challenge in Portland last spring, I just can't be bothered to zoom in 400% and blend for 20 minutes on a single stroke. Has anyone else found that their perfectionism just kinda evaporated after one tight deadline job?

You hit a deadline and suddenly you realize nobody actually cares about that extra blend work.
